Information message about the strong earthquake in Azerbaijan, June 29, 2014.

     The strong earthquake M=5.1 has occurred on June 29, 2014 at 17:26 GMT (21:26 Moscow time) in Azerbaijan.
     Parameters of the earthquake have been determined in the Alert Service (AS) of Information Processing Center (IPC) of Geophysical Survey of RAS in Obninsk with station data obtained from digital and analog seismic stations of Russia, countries of CIS and from abroad. Alert message on this earthquake has been delivered in 10 min after registration to the Ministry of Emergency of the Russian Federation (EMERCOM).
     Preliminary processing has been done with data from 57 stations, accurate processing - with data 66 stations.
     Fig. 1 presents fragments of records obtained from digital stations Akhty (∆ 0.7º), Botlikh (∆ 1.2º), Derbent (∆ 1.3º), Groznyy (∆ 1.8º), Neytrino (∆ 3.4º). Fig. 2 presents fragments of records obtained from digital stations Obninsk (∆ 15.1º), Arti (∆ 16.7º), Kirov (∆ 17.1º), Ala-Archa (∆ 20.6º), Kurchatov (∆ 23.7º).

         Fig. 3 presents with red star epicenter of this earthquake which origin was located on territoty of Azerbaijan at the depth 10 km, 7 km E of Zakataly, Azerbaijan, 29 km N-W of Kakhi, Azerbaijan, 53 km E-N-E of Dedoplistskaro, Georgia, and 61 km S-E of Tlyarata, Russia.

         According toUSGS NEIC this earthquake was felt in Zakataly and Tbilisi with intensity 2.
