    Macroseismic manifestations
In accordance with ITAR-TASS after this earthquake in the Southern Iran one two years old baby was killed and 20 people injured. This information was reported by Mokhammad Shekari - the head of medical university of Hormozgan Province. "Two years old baby died on the way to hospital" he said. From information of this official "medical staff was sent to the areas influenced by this disaster". Mr. Shekari emphasized that all necessary medical equipment and drugs are available at the points of first aid. Residents of damaged living places are supplied with food. Mr. Makhmud Muzaphar - the chief of rescue service of Iranian Red Crescent Movement reported about five living places which were seriously damaged by underground shocks. Electric power supply and phone lines were broken there.
    Historical records
Epicenter of this earthquake is located 200 km E-S-E of another epicenter from destructive earthquake of September 10, 2008 with M=5.9, 225 km S-W of epicenter from destructive earthquake of December 20, 2010 with M=6.6, 640 km E-S-E of epicenter from destructive earthquake of April 9, 2013 with M=6.4 and 442 km W-S-W of epicenter from destructive earthquake of April 16, 2013 with M=7.6.

    Figure 4
Focal mechanism and seismic moment of the earthquake
Focal mechanism solution is obtained in IPC GS RAS with signs of initial arrivals of P-waves at 94 stations including 49 stations which registered the compression waves (plus signs) and 45 stations which registered the expansion waves (minus signs). All stations are located in the interval of epicenter distances of 12–97º and are dispersed evenly by azimuths. Focal mechanism in stereographic projection at the lower hemisphere is presented at figure 5, it’s elements are shown in table 2. Table 2 and figures 6, 7 also present solutions obtained in USGS NEIC with USGS Body-Wave Moment Tensor Solution technique and in Quick CMT Catalog, USA, with CMT technique. Solutions of all above mentioned centers are identical. The earthquake has occurred under the action of close in value horizontal compression and tensile stresses oriented NE-SW and NW-SE respectively. Both nodal planes are steeply dipping (DP=85–90º), one of them has a submeridional strike (STK=341-346º), another plane strikes in sublatitudinal direction (STK=256, 71º). Type of motion along both nodal planes is a strike-slip, left-lateral for the sublatitudinal plane NP1 and right- lateral for the submeridional plane NP2. Seismic moment of this earthquake was calculated in IPC GS RAS with spectra of Р-waves obtained at «Obninsk» station (∆32.3º) Mo=1.8*10**18 N*m, Mw=6.2. According to USGS NEIC Мо=3.7*10**18 N*m, Mw=6.3, according to Quick CMT solution Мо=2.38*10**18 N*m, Mw=6.2.
